I've been writing.
And it’s interesting. I am not a “writer” and so writing for me is not hard. I let myself write anything, and it’s nice. I go and sit and write, because right now, it’s what I like.
Balance.
Practicing yoga has taught me balance, quite literally, and figuratively.
I do not practice yoga for the calories burned or the endorphin rush.
I do practice yoga for the chest opening, leg strengthening, spine twisting, core rinsing experience that frees my heart, grounds my center, rids me of toxins and powers my body as a whole.
